You should never disallow any visitor based on their location until then unless you have very strict guidelines legally, then leave the options for people to choose for your website visit. Every visitor is very much valuable as this is a small world no one  knows who and from which location you’re going to get your new client. 

You should always consider making the website responsive which looks amazing across every platform across every browser and for every user. In today’s world more than 80% of traffic is from mobile devices and it’s increasing day by day so responsiveness is the world is very much the need of the  hour. 

You should ask the user before playing any video or audio with sound, if you have any. You can pop up the sound or start the video with the music if user is ready to listen and he should be given and option to stop playing  while it is playing. These days most of the users are from mobile devices which consume data and if they are on roaming it is more costly so we do not need to play anything until the unless it is required by the user. 

Please remember any information which you want to ask from a user should be done in a very pleasant manner. They should feel like giving it to you even before you asking them for it. You should always look for a willing user who is very much valuable for us. Even after getting the info they should be given an option to remove. 

Your website should have a good load time as the better it is, Better the user experience will be. User takes a couple of seconds to decide what will be his next step on the website. slow  loading website with lot of functionalities or scripts running on it can make it useless if user leaves without even seeing them.
